Our Story
Led by Betsy Allen, Rising Phoenix Behavior Center provides expert special education advocacy and behavior analytic services, supporting students and families in achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes for their child. Based in Bozeman, Montana, the goal of our work is to achieve data-driven behavior changes that support individual growth, family empowerment, and long-term success across home, school, and community settings.
Ms. Allen delivers in-home and community-based behavior analytic interventions that focus on developing communication, independence, and positive behavior, while guiding caregivers to implement strategies consistently.
She also partners with families to navigate the public school system, ensure educational plans meet each child’s unique needs, and advocate for services grounded in evidence and law. With a commitment to individualized, data-driven support, her approach empowers families and students to thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
Our behavior analytic work extends beyond supporting individuals with autism to include Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) services that help businesses and organizations perform at their best. By applying proven behavioral science principles, we optimize organizational structure, improve the flow of information, and align systems and roles to support consistent and successful product or service delivery. Our data-driven approach strengthens operational effectiveness while also improving employee happiness through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and recognition systems that foster motivation, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
